01Why can we trust you
A contract with the producing mill, not a trader. The batch is inspected at the mill before shipment with photos of every bundle. The mill certificate and the inspection report travel with the steel, and at your warehouse the batch is accepted a second time, by specification and weight.
02Are you a mill or a middleman
A bureau. We find the mill that rolls the item itself, sign the contract with it and take the batch to your warehouse. There are no other links between the mill and you.
03Why are there no prices on the site
Steel pricing depends on grade, size, tonnage, delivery terms and the exchange rate on the day of contract. A number on the page would be wrong by the time you read it.
04What is the minimum batch
The batch is sized to your volume and site. Send a specification with tonnage and we will quote it and advise how to assemble it: wagon, container or road train.
05What if the steel arrives defective
Defects confirmed by report are replaced: the producing mill supplies the replacement under its contract with the bureau. The bureau pursues it; you never deal with the mill.
06Can I order a size that is not in the catalogue
Yes. The catalogue shows common sizes; the mill rolls to specification. Non-standard length, thickness, coating or grade is agreed before the contract.
07What comes with the steel
The mill test certificate (MTC), a photo-documented inspection report, the specification and packing list, a certificate of origin, customs documents and the acceptance report at your warehouse.
08How does mill supply differ from the market
In three ways. Provenance: steel with a heat number on the certificate, not “the same kind”. Price: no links between the mill and you. Accountability: defects confirmed by report are replaced — the producing mill supplies the replacement under its contract with the bureau.
09How does the inspection work
At the mill, before shipment: thickness and diameter measured with micrometer and calipers, the mill certificate checked against the heat number on the tag, marking, packing and weight verified. You receive a report with photographs of every bundle.
10How do we pay
By bank transfer with legal entities of Uzbekistan. Payment terms and order are written into the contract before shipment.
